Hi Gay! My husband and I stopped by your lovely shop this past Saturday morning. I was disappointed not to get to meet you in person, but your husband explained about your father’s death. My sympathies for your family’s loss. I left a card for your husband to pass along to you. I had a book published 4/4/23 by End Game Press, an annotated version of Agatha Christie’s The Secret of Chimneys. I hope you’ll consider adding that book to your local author collection. I’m also excited about your plans to have events at your shop. I’m the president of a local writers’ group with a number of published authors. We love to give talks, do book signings, etc. I hope to touch base with you in the near future about getting my book on your shelves and writers to do events with you.

I wanted to write you a quick note thanking you for mailing me a copy of your novel, “The Five Wishes of Mr. Murray McBride”. It was an amazing read from start to finish! I laughed out loud and I shed more than one tear I’ll have to admit. I have ordered multiple copies of this book and the next one, “The Final Wish of Mr. Murray McBride” to keep on the shelves of our bookshop.

Sundays are normally our slowest day at the store, so it’s the one day at the shop that I can actually do some reading. I picked up the book you signed and sent me and during the day a customer came in and recognized the cover of the book and said that it was on her list to read. I gave it a glowing review, even though I was only 1/2 of the way through it at the time.
