April 16, 2025, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Our Inner Harmony Series is a three-part workshop series designed to help you create and sustain a nourishing meditation practice at home. This series focuses on harmony rather than peacefulness because there are a variety of styles and goals for meditation: we will discuss how to tune our mind for a variety of needs, including relaxation. While it is not required to attend all three, participants who attend only some of the workshops will miss out on significant information and techniques.
This series is being taught by Gay Wolff and Amy Meyer, both of whom have had extensive training, teaching experience, and long-term personal meditation practices. Each class will include teaching segments and a group meditation.
There is no fee for the sessions, but participants are encouraged to contribute love offerings for the instructors. Pre-registration is required.
Part One: The Harmonic Body-Mind Instructor: Gay Wolff
In this segment, Gay will overview the key elements of meditation & various types of meditation, and review key scientific concepts at work in the body & mind due to meditation. This is class will offer a big-picture view of the field, and how different types of meditations support differing objectives, and two different styles of meditation. Pre-registration is required.
Parts Two & Three will follow on 4/23 & 4/30 Details on those dates.
