MythoStudio: Storymakers Workshop: What Makes a Story A Story

MythoStudio: Storymakers Workshop: What Makes a Story A Story

April 15, 2025, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

This month’s focus: What Makes a Story a Story? Four Essential Elements for Great Storymaking.

MythoStudio is a project-based writer’s group to help participants prepare a manuscript for publication. Attendees should have a project (book, story, poetry, etc.) that they wish to complete at publication-level standards. Each gathering will include a brief instruction period that focuses on a particular writing or publishing technique, including hands-on work with our working manuscripts. The second portion of the gathering will focus on providing group feedback on shared writing samples from participant projects. While we do want participants who are serious about their project, any with a project at any stage of development is welcome. Whether you are just beginning or are nearly finished, we believe this workshop will help your odds for a successfully published work.

There is no fee for participation, but pre-registration is critical for our planning. Facilitated by Gay Wolff.
