(National Novel Writing Month Event!)
Yes, we have launched our events calendar this month and hope you can join us! It is our goal to continue to offer a diverse and engaging selection of events throughout the year. We’ll have some relaxed discussion events like our Wine Wednesdays, as well as more structured events, such as workshops, author and artist talks, and our coming November, our Nanowrimo partnership events.
Nanowrimo is a non-profit organization that promotes creative writing by facilitating community engagement in writing challenges and events. November is the Novel writing challenge where participants register and are supported with virtual motivational events, community connection, and on-line word-counting check-ins and rewards.
Become a Wrimo!! Sage & Dragonfly is a Come Write In partner offering sessions for wrimo participants to come write at our facilities—together or alone. We’ll also be hosting a kick-off event on October 28, and a Nanowrimo Wrap party on Friday evening December 1.
