Calling Authors, Artists, and Crafters: This is the Vendor registration page for Authors, Artists, and Crafters. Join our annual local talent festival. Pay for a booth space and sell your product and keep your profits. Reserve your space by May 23 to be included in our poster & social media promotions. In addition to the booths, we’ll be having book readings and short talks throughout the day, as well as a poetry open mic event in the afternoon. If you would like to be one of our speakers let us know. We will also have drawings for prizes. Any vendor who provides a prize, may present your prize and draw the recipient. (This allows you an opportunity to call your work to the attention of shoppers/attendees.)
Booth Details: Vendors need to provide their own tents & chairs. (We have a few author spaces under the porch, no tent needed–first come first reserved.) Sage & Dragonfly will provide water and light refreshments for you. If you have help with your booth, you are welcome to circulate throughout the store to meet and greet customers.
Vendors need to have a means of taking payment for their own goods. (Note: If you need us to take payment inside, there will be a 15% fee on all sales that we process.) There is no power available for popups.
Please note: This is not an event for selling acquired, mass manufacture, or third-party merchandise. Popups are for those selling their original creations. Up to two vendors may share a tent space– register as one, but be sure to provide the information on both vendors.
